How soon should I book?

We cannot accept online bookings within 24 hours of your journey. If your journey is within 24 hours, please call to check availability and pay securely by phone.

Payments

What forms of payment are accepted when booking a taxi in advance?

We accept all major credit cards over the phone or online and you are welcome to pay by cash (pounds stirling) on the day.

How do I pay online?

We will send you a fixed quote for the journey provided, instructions will be given to pay online using SAGEPAY card processing system. No card details are kept by us.

How do I pay by phone?

Please call the number on this website and your payment can be made securely using SAGEPAY, again we do not keep your card details on file.

I have paid by card, what happens if I want to cancel?

Cancellations made 12 hours before your journey will receive a full refund to the card. If your journey is within 12 hours, no refund will be made.

Airport Transfers

What happens if my flight is late, do I pay more?

We will monitor your flight and if it arrives late we will adjust the pick up time accordingly. With a meet and greet service at an airport a small additional charge is included in your quote to pay for the drivers car in the airport car park. We allow 60mins of waiting time after your flight has landed irrespective of whether it is late. 40 mins after your flight has landed there would be an additional charge of £5 per 15 minutes payable to the driver.

Where do I meet the driver?

Unless otherwise stated by phone or by email, the driver will be waiting for you as you come through arrivals with your name on a board.
